Port management not working

Port management shows the port as open, but when i go to portchecker.co it say the port is closed. What's up? Thanks for any help on this.

Sorry for the difficulty you're having with the port management process. That sounds confusing to deal with. Let's take a closer look and get this sorted out.

We have a help article on port management, but there are some different considerations based on whether or not you're using IPv4 or IPv6. Take a look here and make sure you're following the steps you need: https://bit.ly/2VFhZ5S.
