Problems with Xfinity App on Apple and Roku Devices

In the last week, our Apple devices (Apple TV, Ipad, IPhone) and Rokus are having problems with the Xfinity streaming app. Random channels will not connect and tune into the channel. Been working with Xfinity, but everything is checking out. Other apps are working without issue. 

 

I noticed that my Router is on firmware 14150.376.32. Wondering if Xfinity updated app for latest firmware, but I have be update to 14150.376.80.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have yet to be updated to 14150.376.80. Sorry for the typing error.

Thanks for posting and my apologies for the late reply. I’m sorry to hear about your issue with the Xfinity streaming app. Were you able to confirm with Xfinity if there is an emerging issue with their app? I’ll wait for your update.

I ended up resetting all routers to factory settings and reinstalled. Everything has worked fine since then.
