Earlier I've used Qobuz to stream music using my home network with google wifi and chromecast ultra (with android phone) and everything always been working fine.
About 6 months ago I switched to spotify but now I wanted to switch back, and this time it does not seem to work anymore.
Everything works fine over mobile network but when I connect with wifi qobuz message is "error, Proxies and VPNs not allowed"
Whats happening here?
Is there any wifi settings I can change to work around this issue?

Sounds like your global IP is wrongfully labeled as VPN or proxy at Qobuz. If you've used "free" services like Hola VPN previously, people could have VPN-ed through you, which could cause such labeling.

There is no built in functionality or settings for VPN or proxy in Nest Wifi.
Do you use a VPN or proxy on the client you tried using Qobuz from?
I'd ask Qobuz what they see on their end, what triggered that message.

Hi, thank you fore your help.
Now Ive asked the guys at qobuz, when they check my ip adress apperently it looks like a public proxy and therefore rejected.
Any settings I can change on my end to resolve this would be much appreciated.

This is likely outside Nest Wifi, as stated in my first reply.
Maybe you've set a proxy or using a VPN on the device you are trying to use Qobuz with?
Does the IP Qobuz say you appeared coming from match the public IP from your ISP?

Yeah I saw the reply from olavrb.
To answer the question, no I have not done any settings for proxy or vpn on my device (using my samsung phone).
The IP qobuz look at match my public ip.
Maybe this is a problem I have to discuss with my internet provider? Or do you have any other ideas?

Hi, Floydforward.
VPNs can be tricky, and it might be worth discussing with your ISP. Even how you have it set up apart from your phone, it could be introducing some general weirdness into the network communication.

The guys at qobuz have now whitelisted my ip and all works well.
