I have a Gen 1 Ring base station that I can't to connect to my Wi-Fi. it's showing as using Cellular back-up.
I have Ting fibre internet with Google Mesh Wi-Fi.
The base will connect to a hotspot on my cell phone, and to Ting by unplugging the Google mesh and using an Ethernet cable between the base station and ting router.
I have tried using ethernet to the google mesh but won't connect. When trying Wi-Fi on the google mesh it say wrong password or low signal.
Clearly a setting on the mesh is blocking connectivity. Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for helping!
No connection issues at all.
All lights showing as green on the wi-fi mesh devices
Nothing has changed
Basestation will connect if I use the hotspot on my phone. I have also unplugged the Google mesh and then plugged the base-station directly into the ting router and it instantly connects. My thought is that something is blocking it from connecting to thee Google mesh.....however, my ring camera and floodlight have connected with no issues.

Hey @andimckinley .
How is your network connected? From the place your service comes in to the Google Wifi first device isn't completely understood from the previous replies. I have an idea what the issue is but I need the additional information.
