Set time limits to devices connected to the internet on my nest wifi pro

Hi - I want to set time limits to devices connected to the internet on my nest wifi pro. I can see options related to setting up a schedule, which will allow devices to be connected/disconnected etc during specific time intervals. 

 I'd like to also set up some screen time limits. I'd like to be able to say "the Switch, this phone, and this laptop belong to my son. Let him have 1.5 hours of screen time between these devices, combined." So I can create a group with these devices but did not see a way to set timelimit.

Is this possible?

This is what is possible using the Family Wi-Fi feature:
Pause the Internet on demand or on a schedule - Google Nest Help

If you need something more granular, I'd suggest using the parental control / screen time feature on the devices themselves.
