I had a call today and someone wanted to set a time schedule for a certain device to throttle down the internet speed. I could not find an article that would help with what they were looking for... Neither could the customer. I recommend this new feature as a piece of content in the Google Home app.
Confirming that's not an available feature or setting today, unfortunately, but it's a great idea. I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.
