On the google home app, testing the download/upload speed gives around 800 and 900 mbps. When testing an internet speed over chrome through wifi as close to the main hub as possible, I'm getting around 200 mbps. Around other mesh points, around 20 feet away, I receive about 60 mbps. That part could solely be related to the distance.
Is this something that's held back by my modem? Or is it expected behavior?
Im using AT&T fiber 1000.
edit: now my wireless download speed near the main router is around 20 Mbps.

The first thing I would do is restart your Wi-Fi network from the Google Home app. Tap Wi-Fi > Settings > Restart network. If you're still experiencing issues after that, physically power off all your Wifi points, wait 30 seconds, then power them back on again. If the issue persists, it could be due to a variety of factors as explained below.
