I have the problem today. Bought 3 WiFi points, 2 of them working property, 1 is not responding. Tried factory reset and it’s not working.
When I say 'Hey google' but that Nest wifi has no light, nothing response.
Please help me solved this issue.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having getting your 3rd WiFi point set up. I know it can be quite frustrating to not get a device to work properly. Let's look at this and get it working for you.
Thanks for letting me know what troubleshooting steps you have taken. It helps me sort out where the issue might be. I do have one thing for you to try that has been known to work in similar situations. Go ahead and do the factory reset again, but when you run through setup this next time, use the WiFi point that was failing setup as the primary router. If you are still having issues, please come back and let me know and we'll look at additional steps.
