My fiance has run into an issue using our Google Wifi. From our home, she is unable to connect to her Apple.com account but can connect when is she is out of the house. I am trying to troubleshoot so my question is this: is there a way to do log analysis on the Wifi devices? I can set up a separate packet capture program on her laptop but I wanted to see if there was a native functionality available.
Thanks

Hello @ebcovert3
Google WiFi does not log DNS requests, so there isn't likely anything in the device you could use to help diagnose this. I would try changing the DNS configuration from "automatic" to either your ISP's servers or manually configure something like 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) if only as a test. If this is an Apple device, I would also check to see if iCloud Private Relay is enabled (and disable it – again, if only as a test).
