Hi @USER12331
The Product Expert group is a "super-user" community. We volunteer and help in Google Communities. Once you start helping others you will earn status. See this for more info: What is the Product Experts Program? - Google Communities Help

Hi,
I have been using Google Nestcams, etc. since 2010.
Are any Google staff assigned to support the Google Nest Forum and Google Home Forum?
I think they used to be here??

Thank you for your volunteering & being part of Google 'super-user" community.

Firstly, please stop tagging lots of community members multiple times, it’s considered disrespectful.
To answer your question, the Product Experts Program is not unique to Google Nest, it covers a multitude of different products in various languages. You start by answering questions in Google help communities. Once you’ve answered enough questions, and received sufficient recommended answers, you’ll automatically be assigned Bronze status (not a Product Expert at this stage). If you continue doing that, posting quality and helpful answers, you’ll be contacted by a Community Manager and invited to be a Product Expert at Silver level. As the website Jill linked above mentions, this gives you access to a private community of Product Experts to meet and learn from one another, as well as a direct connection with Googlers to receive product updates and provide feedback.

Correct, the Google Nest community doesn’t use the same platform as most Google products. You’ll not see points reflected in Bento, but status/level changes are reflected.
