I would like to add another Add on point to my system. No idea of how to tell which point to buy.
Wifi Router (H2E) has a MFG date of 9/2020 (09261J3AN0GQ23) and the point is dated 10/2019 (9A120EXBS08PUK). Does it matter if I buy a 2nd generation point?

Where did you buy your original units from?
Check which model you have first, then buy additional units of the same type. You need to buy your units from the same country, ideally the same retailer. This is because Nest Wifi is optimized to work best with specific Wi-Fi standards depending on where they are sold. If you don't buy units that are designed for the same country, it may not work as expected, or may not work at all.

Still not sure which Nest WiFi add-on point to buy. I know to buy one that is made for the USA usage.

Hi Ahorsesoul,
Both our Google Wifi and Google Nest Wifi points work with your current mesh system. Make sure you’re not getting the Google Nest Wifi Pro as it is not compatible with the previous versions. Let us know if you have other questions.
