Why 8snt my 3rd wifi point connecting?

My main port and my second port have connected easily. But I can not connect my 3rd point. 
It's blinking red and says device not found. 
I've tried moving it, and I've also unplugged and replugged it several times.

Hi Mel,

Not to worry! Have you tried factory resetting the Wifi pointIf it continues to pulse red, I'd recommend contacting Wifi customer support who will be able to advise on next steps.
