I have the Wi-Fi point that I’m connecting to my T-Mobile Wi-Fi in my home. I’ve connected everything it goes through the complete set up and then when it goes to search for updates it tells me I’m not connected and I’m off-line. When everything was connected before and showing that I’m connected and it is in use. It asked me to either go to help or done and then it cancels out the whole set up process. Please help
