There's no Google Nest product that would fit your use case I'm afraid. Google Wifi and Nest Wifi require a wired internet connection, they don't themselves give you internet access, certainly not like the portable MiFi hotspot type devices you're probably thinking of. If the laptops themselves don't have a SIM card slot, I'd recommend checking with the cellular carrier you're wanting to go with as they often have portable MiFi devices they can sell you.
