Wifi setup- Additional wifi point

I had two Google Wifi devices, one stopped working. Internet provider replaced both devices with two new devices. I set up my main wifi point with no issues and when I went to add additional it it won't connect.  I've spent hours troubleshooting the issues with Google and my internet provider. My internet provider said they will schedule a technician to come out. I'm trying to resolve this issue before then because it is several weeks out.  

The only thing I can think of is the Google Home app not being compatible with the most recent iOS update. Any ideas?

I'm using an iPhone 12 pro with iOS 15.3.

So it was an iPhone software issue with Google Home. I found an old iPhone with older software and downloaded google home... and tried to set up the device. it worked. 🙄

I can’t add the 2 Wi-Fi point. I been tried every thing I know but still nothing happened.

Thanks for posting. Could you tell us more about what's happening. I have a few questions:

  • Were you able to set up the point that is connected to your modem?
  • What's the light status of the points you're trying to set up?
  • What's the exact message that you're getting?
