google nest wifi extender making double clicking noise

My nest extender unit is making double clicking noises. Random & frequent. I have done a factory reset & reboot with no success?

Any suggestions to remediate would be greatly appreciated

2. Does the clicking sound happen when your Nest Wifi point is idle or when playing music?
3. How often does it happen in a day?
4. How many Nest Wifi points are affected?
