I have 3 google nest wifi pro devices. The router installed with no problems. The 2 points are flashing orange but when I go to google home and test the system it says everything is working great. What should I do if anything?

There's a few things that can cause the orange light (Wifi device light meanings: Understanding LED indicators ).
How were the points added, as wifi or wireless?
Did that change after they were added to the network?

I added them with the google home app. I don't remember it asking wifi or wireless.

To clarify, did you set them up wirelessly and then connect an Ethernet cable or vice versa?

I find the information in the home app is rarely up to date. It often advises things are ok when they are not, and advises things are broken when they are not. If you run a mesh test while your devices are flashing yellow, the test will likely fail, then the app will say "2 points are offline".
I've had ups and downs with this system for a long time. I find that it's easier to resolve issues by turning them off, then turning them on 1 by 1, starting with the main WAN connected Nest.
