how to see the Wi-Fi router and Wi-Fi point on Android

Hi, My Google Nest Wifi 5 router with point- 2 pack are working fine. no issue with WiFi. I used to see all info from my Android phone but recently I can not. The issues are:

1/ From my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21), I could not see the Wifi 5 router.  I saw the point and Google home at my home.

2/ From my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21), I could not do the internet speed test from the Wifi 5 router (I was able to do this before when I first set up.)

3/ From my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S21), I could not see how good the connection between the WiFi 5 router and the point when I move the point around inside the house. (I was able to do this before when I first set up.)

Please advise how to resolve the 3 issues above. Thanks.

Are you using the Google Home app? Logged in with a Google account that can manage your Nest Wifi network/ pucks?

If you are unsure about wether your Google account used in the Google Home app can administer the Nest Wifi pucks, I'd try to factory reset them all (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en) and set them up from scratch (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en) using the same network name (SSID) and password so your devices reconnect by themselves.

I don't work for Google.
