setup code that was on the rubber thig is got lost. How would I set it up without that code do I talk to support or?

So I got the First One With the qr code on the bottom printed my mesh one has lost its rubber ring.

The same instructions in the previous link will work for the point missing the ring if it contained the setup information. You will need to power up the device and connect a computer directly to it then follow the instructions in the link. If 198.168.84.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.86.1.

The mesh point has no ethernet port just power thats the problem.

Hey @PikminReal .
If there is nothing left on the bottom of the rubber pad, there is nothing that likely can be done to recover the setup key. Support may have a trick up their sleeve but I doubt it is recoverable.

I just wanted to follow up with what PatrickP_Viking said and suggest that if you no longer have the setup code nor the QR sticker that you should try contacting support to see if they have any way of helping you from this point. The setup code is unique to each device, and there's no way here on the community that we could recover that for you. Try giving support a try via chat or phone, here: https://goo.gle/31i1U5t.
