This is a community – not a support channel. There are a few Google employees who help facilitate the community, and they may also provide some answers to some kinds of questions. Other than that, it's a handful of other customers (like myself) who try to answer questions when possible. But, this is not their/my day job – we aren't getting paid to answer questions here. So, a lot of questions go unanswered sometimes.
