wi-Fi issue can’t use the living room TV in the afternoon due to Internet issues

I tried restarting the Wi-Fi as well as trying to restart my TV back to factory settings and it still isn’t giving me the same issues before. Say between 12 noon and 6 PM I cannot turn the TV on because it says Internet issues after 6 PM somehow my Wi-Fi it. Can someone please give me instructions how to fix this problem because The is driving me crazy thank you

  • What is the make and model of your TV?
  • What is the make and model of your Wi-Fi router?
  • Are other devices in your home (phones, laptops, other smart devices) experiencing any internet connectivity issues during that 12 PM to 6 PM window, or is it only your TV?
