Cable for Nest Guard

My puppy chewed through the Nest-supplies USB cable on my Nest Guard.  I’ve tried replacing with two other USB cables but get a message in the Nest App that “USB Cable Removed” and I can’t turn on the alarm.  I then tried a factory reset of the Nest Guard and re-connected to the Nest App.  I still get the same error message.  Any ideas?  Thanks! The red light stays on and unable to arm. I tried calling customer care (WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY USELLESS) Cant belive they dont sell these cables. 

Is this a replacement cable that will work ?

I am also in need of a new cable, however I reside in the Netherlands (I've imported the Nest Secure several years ago). If anyone knows this works, that would be greatly appreciated since customer service through the chat was only able to ship a replacement cable (couple of months back) within the States.

Hi Brad,

 

Please note this is for the Nest Guard, the base station for the Nest Secure (which is no longer sold afaik), not the camera.
