Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Terribly sorry to hear that are unable to hear the doorbell chime. You can set up speaker groups but you wouldn't be able to use the Nest Secure products to do this. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
