Como resetar o NEST TAG?

Olá, tenho um NEST TAG que não sei como parou de desarmar o alarme e agora não consigo localiza-lo nem tampouco cadastra-lo novamente, tenho a mensagem que de o TAG está em uso mas nao consigo localiza-lo também não consigo reseta-lo para que volte a ser usado. Obrigado 

Hi, I have a NEST TAG that I don't know how it stopped disarming the alarm and now I can't find it or register it again, I have the message that the TAG is in use but I can't find it, I can't reset it either to be used again. Thanks
