I have the Nest x Yale lock with Connect. I am getting notifications that the Connect back up battery needs replacing but no one online or when I call knows how to help me. Anyone know how I replace the Connect battery?

The battery issue is with Google Nest Connect, why would Yale have anything to do with it? I'm trying to change the batteries in the Connect device.

I am terribly sorry, I misunderstood your question. I see what you are saying now with the issue being the replacement of the battery. I am afraid I have had a hard time finding information on the battery. Because most of the Nest Secure products have been discontinued, we are supporting them still but it is hard to find information on some devices.
