I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to get that Chromecast set up? If not, I'd be happy to help out! Let me just ask, what model of Chromecast do you have? For example, if you have a 3rd Generation Chromecast or older, you should not need a remote to set it up. However, if you have the Chromecast with Google TV, you will need to have that Chromecast Voice Remote to finishing setting it up.
