How to add a family member to the nest Yale it's telling me to go to the Google home app to add go there and it doesn't let me

Hi Xtdrms, 

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can only invite a family member to the home structure where the Nest Yale x Lock is added so that they can also have a remote access to it. To do this, please follow the steps in this guide.
