I continuously get hardware failure alerts from my Nest Guard.

I continuously receive hardware failure alerts from my Nest Guard. It's upwards of five to six times a day now. They often clear up by themselves after a few hours, or immediately if I reset the Nest Guard. Is there anywhere I can go to get it repaired? It's outside of warranty. I have called the help line but I am always told just to reset it. What if I am gone though, like on vacation? I need this problem resolved.

I’m having this same issue. Customer support told me the exact same thing. Very concerned and annoyed.
