I have the Yale Nest lock and have loved it until recently. About a month ago, we had to change the batteries. After replacing the batteries, the keypad stopped lighting up when trying to unlock the door. We can control the lock from the app. I did a factory reset on lock and the keypad would light up for installation, but stopped working again along with the light on the back of the light.

Hey there, Lauralea.
Sorry for my late response, I just want to make sure that you are getting the assistance you require. Thank you for your patience. It sounds like you are having some battery issues with your Nest Yale lock. My main suggestion is to make sure that you are always using the correct batteries which are 4 AA batteries. Please do not use rechargeable batteries.
If you are still running into this issue, please reach out to Yale for support of your lock. You can find their support page here.
Best Regards,
Brad.
