If I have paid in advance for the year for my nest aware and it goes offline next month is google going to refund my annual subscription fees?

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but my understanding is that the 2nd gen Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions are NOT refundable.
What do you think might be going offline next month? We've had a Nest Aware Plus annual subscription since 2020, covering 1st gen cameras and doorbells, and two 2nd gen cameras, and all are online and "Live" virtually all the time.
(It's unfortunate that Google Nest does not provide extended warranty coverage for all cameras and doorbells when you have a subscription plan, like Ring does.

I thought with the nest aware going away that is what Im paying for?

"Nest Aware" subscriptions are NOT going away. The Google Nest app is NOT going away.
In April, Google Nest is discontinuing support for its older Dropcams and for the Nest Secure alarm system, which includes Nest Guards, Nest Detects, and Nest Tags:
