My Nest/Yale Lock has disappeared from my nest app HELP

Hello , I am using the nest app for my Yale/nest locks , one of my locks went offline , so I googled the solution and it said to remove the nest connect , rest to factory settings , and add again to my nest account . 

 
Now my locks have disappeared from my nest app …
I am using my google account to log in to nest , can you help me please ?

I am so sorry to hear that your Nest x Yale Lock is not working as you expected. When we perform a factory reset on the Nest Connect, the Nest Yale C Lock is automatically disconnected from the app. To reconnect the device again, we need to perform the factory reset too. Please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Remove the battery cover and batteries from your Nest x Yale Lock.
  2. Unscrew the two screws that hold the inside of the lock in place.
  3. Carefully remove the interior lock from the main part of the lock.
  4. Hold down the small reset button located inside the lock compartment.
  5. While holding the button, reinsert the batteries.
  6. You'll hear four beeps. Once you hear the beeps, release the reset button.

 

After following these steps, you'll be able to reconnect your Nest x Yale Lock to the Nest app through the setup process.

I have done this process several times.  It still doesn’t work.  You keep repeating the same information that doesn’t resolve the issue.  We need real solutions as in make your products work like it’s 2024 because it is.
