Google is such a joke that you can't get anything done in their call centers. Their customer service does not want to help you. They are in the corporate giant who are too big to care because they know they can get away with anything they want. Try to call customer service to get them to replace my nest secure that they decided to cancel and do away with the service so now I have a wasted piece of equipment sitting in my home that can absolutely do nothing that they do not want to do anything about. They claim that they sent me emails but yet when I go to my inbox there is nothing there. And they said they have notified me all these different times which has never happened. Never got an email from them. so now I'm stuck with this security system that can't do anything and Google doesn't want to give the refund that they were giving to other customers because I called in on May 30 instead of May 7 of 2024.
