My Nest app won't accept my 6 digit code

Hi! I bought a second hand Yale Nest X lock and it doesn't have the QR code, but it does have the code, but when I enter it in the Nest app it doesn't accept it. Can anyone help me?

We don't have a Yale Nest lock, but have you installed a Nest Connect?
