I think I will go insane troubleshooting this issue. I really hope someone has a solution to his.
I stopped getting unlock notifications from my Next X Yale lock many months ago. Now I need to know when it is unlocked by a code but I cannot get it to turn on. It send me the locked notification so I know the system works , just won't send the unlocked one. So far I have tried
1. Uninstalled the Connect and the Door lock from my account and went through the long and laborious process of re-installing everything. It sent the unlock notification TWICE and then stopped again. Still send sends the LOCKED notification.
2. Unchecked notifications in both the APP s well as WEB interface. Then logged out of both systems. Then selected notifications first in the web interface and tried. No success. Then logged into APP, selected both notifications and tried, no success. Then unchecked notifications in both systems, logged out again and tried logging in and selecting in the opposite order. So far I have tried 4 different permutations and combinations of logging in and unchecking or checking notifications. Nothing works. Yet it still sends me the door locked notification.
Please, please, someone tell me what is going on. Did they remove this feature? Is it only available if you pay for some subscription? Have I finally gone insane?
