Nest App won’t lock

I'm having with my nest lock, all of which happened at the same time. My issues are only when using the App.   The lock works fine when not using the App. 


1).  The lock won't lock using the app. It will unlock but not lock. When I  attempt to lock, I can hear the "signal" it gives when the action is completed but it doesn't lock 
 
2). Not getting notifications. 
 
3). The app always show unlocked even though I lock it using the keypad. 
 
I've checked the batteries and they're ok. Nest connect is working fine. 
 
Any help would be appreciated.

Let's check these tips: 

 

  • Restart the Nest App: Force-close the Nest App on your device. Then, reopen it and try again.
  • Check Network Connection: A weak or unstable Wi-Fi connection can interfere with app functionality. Ensure your device is connected to a strong network.
  • Update the Nest App: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Nest App. Outdated apps can have bugs or compatibility issues.
