Nest Connect was pulled out of the wall outlet for a few days by my cleaning crew.
Can it be restarted remotely or do I need to do this on site with the app? I'm 6 hours away from the property.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. You would want to manually restart the Nest Connect as there is no such option to remote restart the device. Sorry for the inconvenience!
