Like many others I am aware that my Nest Secure will be turned off in April 2024 and become useless.
American customers have been offered an ADT security system or $200 credit; as a UK customer I have asked several questions and been told that I cannot have a similar offer.
1) is it even legal to only off a deal to people in a certain country while ignoring other customers?
2) has anyone outside the USA managed to make any progress towards Google providing them some sort of compensation for making a perfectly useful system defunct and costing us all lots of money?
