Unable to add or see second home to existing nest secure account

Unable to add or see second home to existing nest secure account.

I have two nest secure, installed on different properties. I have managed them perfectly since a year ago, however, after moving to a new android phone I can only see one home the second one has dissapeared from the app. 

When I tried to add it again, the app simply "ignores" the new home and it does not show up anymore. Any ideas what can be happening here?

Opening a support ticket with google also does not seem to work as I am in Europe apparently.

Hi netbeaver, 

 

Yikes! Let me take a look at this for you. A few questions: 

 

  1. Are you located in North America or Europe?
  2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  3. Are you signed in to the correct account? To check, sign out of the existing account, and when signing back in, select Sign in with Nest instead of Sign in with Google.
