I've been unable to get any of my guest access codes working. I replaced the locks with brand-new locks, and I'm experiencing the same issue. When I add a guest, the auto-generated code doesn't work. If I change the code to a custom code, it also won't work. Only my Home Member codes work. I've factory reset my locks and the connects multiple times to no avail. This seems to be an issue with the connect sending the codes to be stored in the locks. Is this a known issue, or is there a solution to this?

A few questions: does it happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data? Have you tried using another mobile device to create new guest passcodes?
