Nest Yale Lock passcode doesn’t work

We have installed the Nest Yale Lock with 2 different locks and have had the same problems. Install and setup is great. Master code works great to unlock. No issues. We go to connect to Nest app and now none of the passcodes will work. We did a factory reset. We changed the master code and any family member codes. We took out the batteries and tried that type of reset. Nothing will work. We can connect via the Nest app and lock and unlock that way but none of the passcodes work. The numbers are registering them as we put them in but it dings like it was incorrect and won’t unlock. This is the 2nd lock as the first did the same thing and we contacted both Google and Yale and they sent a 2nd to try. Please help!

When Google removed Nest Secure alarm support it affected these locks. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall both lock and connect device through the app and everything worked fine after that. 

I’m assuming you have a merged Google account and not a legacy Nest account.
If you recently merged your Nest account to Google try this.
