Problem w nest connect

On troubleshooting to check the connection status of my nest connect it keeps going to yellow factory setting, even after I have pressed the button quickly to cancel the factory setting. Not able to get a green light.

Button Press:

• Double-check the button press: Ensure you're pressing the button on your Nest Connect quickly. A short press (about 1 second) should restart the device, while holding it for much longer (over 8 seconds) triggers a factory reset.

Power Cycle:

1. Unplug the Nest Connect from the power outlet.
2. Wait for 30 seconds.
3. Plug the Nest Connect back in.
4. Observe the light: After restarting, the light should turn green if the connection is successful.
