So I inadvertantly missed the deadline for the $200 compensation for the Secure deactivation. My fault, sure. Contacted customer service less than 24hrs after the deadline asking if an extension was possible and was immediately denied. The $200 offer was laughable compared to the $1500 investment that was made, but to deny a short extension seems extra punative. Was going to get a couple nest audios. Would have cost google 'maybe' 75 bucks. Guess they want me to stick with Sonos (who've kinda pissed me off recently as well).
Jokes on me, I guess...
