After 6 years, our Yale lock suddenly stopped working in the app. We kept getting low battery and critical battery messages although we changed the batteries. Done a complete reset of the lock, removed it from the app and added it back in. Now the app only shows the door unlocked, even when locked and when I press the lock on the app, it will unlock. Almost seems like an update really messed things up
