I recently changed my WiFi having issues getting my lock back online. So deleted it to re-add and I can not set it up I get the error T026(4060). I also noticed my lock no longer talks. The button will flash blue then green but never talks.

How far is your Nest x Yale Lock and Connect from the router? Are the batteries of your lock fresh and standard AA alkaline batteries? Also, what Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?

I have tried all the above and no luck. It connects to the connect but when I go to press the button in the next step i do not hear a voice and no longer how long I hold the button I get an error that the door isnt “awake”.
