Hello. I use the Yale lock for an airbnb and am having an issue when a guest code is used for the first time. Even though the guest is within the time frame of the guest check in they are getting an error that the code used is not within the allowed time. This happens the first time the code is entered and then a subsequent time the code works. This is new and is happening after a battery change. Can I fix this?

The Nest x Yale Lock gets its time through the Wi-Fi router from Nest Connect. You’ll need to access the router settings to view this. If you’re unsure how to change the time zone, please contact the equipment provider. This could be your internet service provider (ISP) or the router manufacturer.
