Three times I have done initial install and set up, everything works fine for about a day then shows as offline and I cannot get to connect. I will erase and setup connect and lock, will work fine for about a day than repeat same problem. Nest connect is about 3 feet from my nest mesh router and about 6 feet in direct line of sight to the Yale lock.

seems nobody is answering in here anymore, i have your same problem, and started about the same time, 2-3 weeks ago. now, the difference is that i cant longer connect the lock with the nest... lot of headaches trying to figure out this

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. No worries, we’ll check this out — a few questions: what’s the status light of your Nest Connect? How far is your Nest x Yale Lock and Connect from the router? Are the batteries of your lock fresh and standard AA alkaline batteries? Also, what Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
