Resolved! Yale Lock Tamper won’t clear

I have a Nest Yale Lock. A few days ago it randomly got a tamper alert. I fixed the lock and the lock is working fine. However the app is telling me I still have a tamper. How do I clear the Tamper from the app?

How to turn off Nest Secure base?

Hi, how do I turn off the base? The one with the buttons on it. Not disable the alarm - but actually turn it off. I unplugged it but it’s running on battery power. I’m guessing I will be getting alerts as the battery dies. I just want to turn it off....
