Nest connect not resetting to a solid yellow light

I just moved into a new house with a Yale lock + Nest connect. I cannot reset the lock without resetting the Nest connect. Every time I try to reset it, it will not go to the solid yellow. It goes from blue to blinking yellow to solid green. Not sure...

Yale lock won't unlock

My lock moves freely when using it manually, but when I try to lock with app or keypad the motor does not move the lock. Had to recently factory reset my lock because it wouldn't connect.

Resolved! Yale Lock Tamper won’t clear

I have a Nest Yale Lock. A few days ago it randomly got a tamper alert. I fixed the lock and the lock is working fine. However the app is telling me I still have a tamper. How do I clear the Tamper from the app?
