Nest Guard Offline

Nest Guard is offline, along with the Yale lock it connects to. However I can see it in the Google WiFi system with an OK connection status.

Need help!!!

Desperate for help. Purchased a house with nest x Yale pick with the connect. Also have the nest thermostat. Was able to connect the thermostat And the nest connect in the nest app. For the life of me I cannot get the Yale like to connect in the app....

Nest Guard unable

Anyone else having problems getting Nest Guard to add to account through nest App I tried calling Google 1 hour conversation, informed me to call Spectrum (Internet) they were not helpful now back with Google. It was working prior.
