Help i cant get my nest yale lock to work properly

Help i am disabled and i cant get my nest/yale lock to respond?@links to members

if there isn't a solution why can't we have a little update or a patch I'm sure for some genius soft

on the nest Yale lot is there any way we can able to touch two step unlocking for accidental touches when people grab the door handle would that be so hard to add even a verbal confirmation

Nest Detect still says low battery after replacement

Nest Detect shows low battery after replacing the battery with new. Have tried this twice now, newly purchased batteries, installed correctly, and still says battery is low. What is the fix?

Nest Guard Replacement Magnets

I have a Nest Guard A0024 and I need replacement magnets (2) for the (2) sensors we have. Also need fobs for it.
